"I often get asked, “How did you guys scale DG up from a bedroom, to an international brand and with people who stay for years?”. The answer is really simple. We are looking for experienced recruiters, ideally 2+ years' experience to join our DG family in Bank. We set our consultants up to be specialists in their areas, so previous technology or digital experience is a plus but not essential...we can teach that knowledge, we can't teach values and attitude!
