Recruitment Business Partner (Viacom)

As a dedicated Recruitment Business Partner you will partner with ViacomCBS helping them to find the best talent in the market. Using innovative sourcing strategies and more traditional recruitment methods you will identify and engage with active and passive candidates, managing the offer and on-boarding process, as well as feeding back to each candidate in a professional and timely manner.

What you’ll do:


You will be responsible for managing a range of recruitment activities including but not limited to:


  • Providing the business with effective, timely and up to date recruitment strategies that meet the needs of the business and attract the best talent pipeline possible 
  • Liaising with the client stakeholders to understand the client needs, deliverables and plan the sourcing strategy 
  • Responsible for communicating and updating the recruitment strategy against planned deliverables to hiring managers/client stakeholder 
  • Generating targeted advertising using the relevant on-line channels
  • Liaison with client stakeholders on all operational matters 
  • Subject matter expert in client business unit 
  • Resource planning with hiring manager/client stakeholder 
  • Troubleshooting (identifying areas of risk i.e. skills shortages/skills required) 
  • Identify areas of focus for potential service expansion/improvement 
  • Proactive stakeholder engagement    
  • Run monthly delivery meetings with hiring manager / client stakeholder  
  • Manage the on and off-line response to adverts to include conducting telephone screening and review of skills and experience as part of the qualification process and retain an audit trail of contact 
  • Being a trusted advisor on matters such as recruitment best practice, market conditions, candidate intelligence 
  • Monitor, track and report back on recruitment activity within the agreed timescales, use and maintain client systems to ensure all data is accurate and up to date 
  • Building and maintaining internal relationships with the wider RTM account management teams and client stakeholders 
  • Sharing knowledge and best practices with new and existing team members and the wider RTM account management teams  
  • Ensuring compliance with Service Level Agreement (SLA) targets, achievement of direct sourcing fill rates 

What you’ll bring:

  • Proven recruitment experience (preferably in-house) -
  • Effective communications skills, ability to build relationships with stakeholders from mid-management to MD level.
  • Evidence of recruiting across a number of skill sets and sectors, and managing multiple campaigns and roles.
  • Experience in recruiting Mid – Senior level roles for blue chip organisations.
  • Proficient at creating innovative sourcing strategies
  • Competency-based interviewing at all levels.
  • Great collaboration skills, you will be working with Sourcing Specialists and peers across different projects
