Since our inception in 2008, it’s fair to say Digital Gurus have been a disrupter and market leader within the Creative, Tech and Digital recruitment world. Due to significant growth throughout 2021/2022, we are looking for next round of Associate Recruitment Consultants to join the team.

What’s the job?
As a Trainee / Associate Recruitment Consultant at Digital Gurus, you’ll specialise within the Technology or Creative markets - learning how to target and attract new clients within your market, and then match them with great candidates for their job vacancies.

“After finishing Uni, I knew I wanted to enter a career where I could make an impact and have the potential to earn good money. As a student, you get used to only having your student loan to spend, and many grad jobs I found weren’t offering good salaries. I had a friend in recruitment, who I reached out to and immediately was sold. I’d never considered it before, but DG ticked all the boxes. Somewhere I could work hard and see that return in commission. I had interviewed at a few agencies, but DG were able to answer all of my questions and concerns so well, that I knew I was safe to start my career in their hands.
