Recruitment consultants with a minimum of 1 year experience in any field of contingency contract or permanent recruitment will be trained and supported by some of the best qualified leaders in the Health recruitment industry. You will be supported to grow your desk quickly in markets covering Digital and Tech.
With few layers of middle management to contend with we wish to grow the business exponentially, allowing for more leadership positions to become available through organic success within our staff base, so the prospect for fast track career moves is a very realistic opportunity.

What are we looking for?
- 12-18 months minimum experience in IT/digital or Tech recruitment
- Engaging people skills, energy and drive
- Self motivated and intelligent, ability to build a desk of clients
- A networker, brand ambassador and lover of connecting with industry’s finest
- Confident recruiter able to expand clients we will give you access to
