Role Overview

The Rethink Group Technology & Innovation  is a critical function within the Rethink organisation and supports the various and diverse business lines across the group.

The Technology & Innovation has a wide remit, including Business Intelligence, Talent Research, Innovation and IT Support. 

The Recruitment Data Consultant will help support the team on delivering a range of insight projects for new and existing clients. From analysing Applicant Tracking Data to delivering Total Reporting Solutions, the RDC will bring Project Management, Date Engineering, understanding of API usage and set up, Advanced Excel and Power BI experience to deliver demanding solutions.

Based: Hybrid

Responsibilities include:

• Supporting the Technology & Innovation with defining and delivering a variety of data projects

• Sales Support, Client and Project Management

• Delivering detailed specifications, and end solutions

• Conducting discovery sessions to uncover client requirements.

• Delivering Roadmaps and Gap Analysis

Knowledge and Competencies:

• Experienced with evaluation of data and data visualisation.

• Strong understanding of the main drivers in recruitment data

• Advanced Excel, PowerApps including automation and Power BI

• Understanding of API usage and how to connect them to internal data.

• Able to create data factoring sites, maintenance and management.

• Excellent verbal, written and analytical skills.

• Effective time management and organisational skills

• Strong interpersonal skills and extreme attention to detail

• Advanced Azure / SQL Database development

• Able to manage conflicting priorities.
